Tiger Airways Australia Call Centre Update

Due to the expected onslaught of typhoon Pepeng to the Philippines our call centre service will be affected. We apologise for the inconvenience. Some unforseen interruptions to our call centre may occur. Please note that the following reduced operational hours will apply:

Friday 02 October 2009 - closes at 10pm

Saturday 03 October 2009 - 12 noon to 9pm

Tiger Airways continues to work with its call centre to restore services as soon as possible. In the interim, we remind passengers of the options available to them and the temporary measures we are putting in place:

• We remind passengers that changes to flight dates can continue to be made online.
• Until 4 October 2009, all luggage upsize options (not limited to the 15kg upsize) will be available for purchase at check-in.
